Priscilla is a freelance Occupational Therapist. She has over 30 years' experience of physical and mental disabilities, working with people of all ages in hospital and in the community. She qualified at Dorset House School of Occupational Therapy, Oxford. Causeway is the name Priscilla Reeve gave the private company she set up in 1994. Based in Cornwall, it provides independent Occupational Therapy services in the South West.

Working in the NHS for many years, Priscilla provided treatment and rehabilitation, specialising in older people and those with mental health problems, helping them to return home and to work. Priscilla also spent five years recently with Social Services, assessing people in their homes. For disabled and older people she provides equipment and housing adaptations to enable them to manage more independently at home or in residential accommodation.
